Every element has been designed to create a harmonious link between inside and outside, between modernity and tradition: from the imposing entrance, reminiscent of guard gates, to the staircase leading to the panoramic roof terrace, designed as a homage to Puglia's terraces.

The structure has been designed to be eco-sustainable by integrating ecological solutions to minimise energy impact. The complex operates completely self-sufficiently: thick walls and passive ventilation provide natural insulation, keeping spaces cool in summer and temperate in winter without the need for artificial systems. Solar panels produce electric and thermal energy, while rainwater is collected and reused to irrigate the vast olive groves and surrounding gardens. Every material used, from tufa sandstone to recycled stones from excavations, was sourced and processed on-site by local craftsmen, reducing transport and supporting the local economy.
