Exclusive Private Island On Venice's Lagoon

In Venice's Lagoon, along the Malamocco Canal, there is this octagonal private island for sale, very close to the Lido island.

From here, intricate paths run along almost the entire perimeter of the island, connecting the structures to the various green areas of the park.
